Using a special and proprietary recipe developed by Chef Fany Gerson, the dough is made in small batches throughout the day to ensure every customer has a fresh doughnut any time they visit the shop.
Our doughnuts are made with a brioche-like dough and use high quality ingredients including European style butter and fresh nutmeg in every single batch. They go through a two-step proofing process, are hand-cut and gently fried. The doughnuts are then hand glazed with different flavors and toppings are delicately applied. We feel every doughnut is, in a way, a work of art.
